Exceptions are as follows.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise

If the need arises to return an item because it was shipped in error or it has been damaged or is defective, please provide us with all the pertinent information relating to it to ensure proper processing.  Please specify the nature of the defect or error. Clearly mark each item, identifying the defect or error.

Returns must be in its original condition.
All returns must be unopened
(still in its plastic wrap) Books, Bibles, CD, DVD, software, video game, cassette tape, vinyl record, or VHS tape.

We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Returns to International Bibles

Please pack all returns carefully and adequately to ensure a safe delivery.  All returns being made to International Bibles should be shipped via UPS or USPS. Address

Custom imprinted books and Bibles are non-returnable unless an imprinting or manufacturer's error has occurred.

Imprinting and indexing If you would like to have a previously purchased and shipped item imprinted or indexed, please ship (at customer's expense) via UPS: to the above address.
