Defective or Damaged Merchandise
If the need arises to return an item because
it was shipped in error or it has been
damaged or is defective, please provide us
with all the pertinent information relating
to it to ensure proper processing.
Please specify the nature of the defect or
error. Clearly mark each item, identifying
the defect or error.
Returns must be in its original condition.
All returns must be unopened
(still in its plastic wrap) Books, Bibles,
CD, DVD, software, video game, cassette
tape, vinyl record, or DVD tape.
We cannot accept returns of opened items or items
returned more than 30 days after delivery.
