Room and Equipment
Scheduling Module: Use this module to schedule the use of your church's
resources. For each purpose or event, you may specify one or more rooms and also one or more
pieces of equipment. With proper scheduling, made much easier with Membership Plus, you can
make sure that equipment scheduling conflicts are a thing of the past.
Equipment Inventory Module: Use
the Equipment Inventory module to list office equipment, audio/video equipment, furniture,
computer equipment, and other items that your organization owns. Then you can use the Room
and Equipment Scheduler to track when the items are available for use. Use the Maintenance
view to note when specific equipment needs to be serviced.
